Who can use HireSmart?

HireSmart serves three main user groups:

• Job Seekers: Individuals looking for employment opportunities with AI-powered matching
• Employers: Companies posting jobs and managing recruitment pipelines
• Agencies: Recruitment agencies managing multiple clients and placements

Is HireSmart free to use?

Job seekers can use HireSmart completely free forever with unlimited applications and AI matching. Employers and agencies have access to paid subscription plans ($29-$149/month) based on their hiring needs, with custom plans available for enterprise requirements.

How do I create an account?

Click "Sign Up" on the homepage, choose your account type (Job Seeker, Employer, or Agency), provide your email and password, and select a subscription plan. You can also register using social login via Google, LinkedIn, or GitHub.

Can I change my account type after registration?

Account types are set during registration and cannot be changed. If you need a different account type, please create a new account with the correct type or contact support at support@hiresmart.pro for assistance.

How do I reset my password?

Click "Forgot Password" on the login page and enter your registered email address. You'll receive a password reset link. Follow the link to create a new password.

What are AI Coins?

AI Coins are HireSmart's virtual currency used for AI-powered features like neural profiling, advanced candidate matching, resume analysis, and intelligent job recommendations. Paid subscribers receive monthly AI coin allocation, and additional coins can be purchased anytime.

How much do AI Coins cost?

AI Coins are priced at 25 coins = $1 USD. You can purchase:

• Starter Pack: 25 coins for $1
• Growth Pack: 100 coins for $4
• Enterprise Pack: 250 coins for $10
• Custom Pack: 500-10,000 coins (starting at $20 for 500 coins)

How do I purchase AI Coins?

Go to Coins & Billing in your dashboard, select a coin package, and complete payment via Razorpay, PayPal, or Stripe. Coins are instantly added to your account balance upon successful payment.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major payment methods through our secure payment gateways: Razorpay (credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking, wallets), PayPal, and Stripe (credit/debit cards).

Do AI Coins expire?

No, purchased AI Coins never expire. They remain in your account balance until used. Monthly subscription coin allocations roll over if unused.

What is Neural Profiling?

Neural Profiling is HireSmart's AI-powered assessment system that measures three dimensions:

• IQ (Intelligence Quotient): Logical reasoning and problem-solving abilities (70-150 scale)
• EQ (Emotional Quotient): Emotional awareness and empathy (30-100 scale)
• SQ (Social Quotient): Communication skills and teamwork ability (30-100 scale)

How do I take the Neural Assessment?

Visit your Profile or Neural Dashboard and click "Run Assessment." Answer 6 questions (2 per dimension) rated on a 1-10 scale. Your scores are calculated instantly and displayed on your profile.

How are scores calculated?

Scores use proprietary algorithms:

• IQ = Base(100) + (logical_reasoning × 2) + (problem_solving × 2)
• EQ = Base(50) + (emotional_awareness × 5) + (empathy × 5)
• SQ = Base(50) + (communication × 5) + (teamwork × 5)

Can I retake the assessment?

Yes, you can retake the assessment anytime to update your scores. Your most recent scores will be displayed on your profile and used for matching.

What subscription plans are available?

Job Seekers:

• Free Forever: Unlimited applications, AI matching ($0/month)

Employers:

• Foundation: 5 job posts, 2 users, 200 AI coins ($29/month)
• Launch: 15 job posts, 5 users, 500 AI coins ($79/month)
• Scale: 50 job posts, 10 users, 1500 AI coins ($149/month)
• Custom: Flexible limits for enterprise needs

Agencies: Same tiers as Employers with multi-client support

Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?

Yes, you can change your plan anytime from Coins & Billing. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades apply at the next billing cycle. See our Refund Policy for details.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Go to Settings > Account > Cancel Subscription. Your access continues until the end of your current billing period. No refunds for partial months.

How do I apply for jobs?

Browse jobs in the Directory or Jobs page, click on a job listing to view details, and click "Apply." Your profile and resume are automatically submitted to the employer.

Can I save jobs to apply later?

Yes, click the bookmark icon on any job listing to save it to your Lists. Access saved jobs anytime from the Lists page.

How does AI matching work?

HireSmart analyzes your profile, skills, neural scores, and preferences to match you with relevant job opportunities. Higher matching scores appear first in your recommendations.

How do I post a job?

Go to "Post A Job" in your dashboard, fill in job details (title, description, requirements, location, salary), set preferences, and publish. Jobs are instantly visible to matching candidates.

How do I manage applications?

View all applications in the Jobs page. Click on a job to see applicants, review candidate profiles, filter by neural scores, and move candidates through your hiring pipeline.

Can I add team members?

Yes, paid plans include multiple user seats. Add team members from Settings > Team Management. Assign roles and permissions to control access.

What are job post limits?

Monthly job post limits reset on your billing date. Unused posts don't roll over. Upgrade your plan or purchase additional posts with AI coins if you exceed limits.
