HireSmart is a digital SaaS platform. All services are delivered electronically online. This page explains how our services are provided and accessed.

1. Instant Digital Delivery

Account Access

Upon successful registration and payment (for paid plans), you receive immediate access to your HireSmart account at app.hiresmart.pro. Your login credentials are sent to your registered email address instantly.

AI Coins Delivery

When you purchase AI coin packages, coins are credited to your account balance immediately upon successful payment confirmation. View your balance anytime in Coins & Billing.

Subscription Activation

  • New Subscriptions: Activated immediately upon payment
  • Upgrades: Applied instantly with prorated billing
  • Renewals: Automatic on billing date without service interruption

2. Service Availability

Platform Uptime

HireSmart maintains 99.9% uptime with 24/7 platform availability. Scheduled maintenance is performed during low-traffic hours (typically 2-4 AM UTC) with advance notice.

Global Access

Access HireSmart from anywhere with internet connection. Our platform is optimized for desktop, tablet, and mobile devices across all major browsers (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge).

Data Synchronization

All profile updates, job postings, applications, and activity sync in real-time across devices. Changes made on one device reflect immediately on all platforms.

  • Profile Creation: Instant access to profile builder and neural assessment
  • Job Applications: Unlimited applications with immediate submission
  • AI Matching: Real-time job recommendations based on your profile
  • Directory Access: Browse employers and agencies immediately
  • Notifications: Email alerts for job matches and application status

Employers & Agencies

  • Job Posting: Create and publish jobs instantly after subscription activation
  • Candidate Access: Search and browse candidates immediately
  • ATS Features: Full pipeline management, filtering, and tracking
  • Team Collaboration: Add users (per plan limits) with instant access
  • Analytics Dashboard: Real-time hiring metrics and insights
  • AI Coins: Monthly allocation credited on billing date

4. Email Notifications & Communications

You will receive automated emails for:

  • Registration confirmation and welcome message
  • Subscription activation and renewal confirmations
  • AI coin purchase receipts
  • Job application confirmations and status updates
  • New job matches based on your preferences
  • Password reset and security alerts
  • Billing reminders 7 days before renewal

5. API & Integration Access

Scale & Custom Plans

Enterprise subscribers receive API credentials within 24 hours of subscription activation. API documentation and sandbox environment provided for testing.

Profile Integrations

LinkedIn, GitHub, Behance, and Canva integrations are available immediately. Connect accounts from Settings > Integrations with one-click OAuth authorization.

6. Support Services

Email Support

  • Free Users: 48-72 hour response time
  • Paid Subscribers: 24-48 hour response time
  • Enterprise: Priority support with dedicated account manager

Onboarding Assistance

Enterprise subscribers receive personalized onboarding within 3-5 business days of subscription activation, including setup consultation, team training, and best practices guidance.

7. Service Limitations

Plan-Based Limits: Features and usage limits apply based on subscription tier. Exceeding limits may require plan upgrade or additional AI coin purchases.

Monthly Resets: Job post limits and AI coin allocations reset monthly on billing date. Unused allocations do not roll over (except purchased AI coins, which never expire).

Fair Use Policy: HireSmart reserves the right to monitor usage patterns and enforce fair use policies to prevent abuse or platform exploitation.

8. Service Interruptions

Planned Maintenance

Scheduled maintenance notifications sent 48 hours in advance via email and dashboard alerts. Typical maintenance windows: 2-4 hours maximum.

Unplanned Outages

In rare cases of technical issues, our team works 24/7 to restore service. Status updates posted at status.hiresmart.pro and via email to affected users.

Payment Failures

Failed subscription renewals result in 7-day grace period. Update payment method in Billing to restore full access. Services may be restricted during grace period.

9. Data Portability & Export

Download your data anytime from Settings > Data Export. Available formats: JSON, CSV. Includes profile data, applications, job postings, and activity history.

Data export requests processed within 24-48 hours. Enterprise customers can use API for programmatic data access.
